If you frequent the 6am or 9am classes, you are already familiar with the process of reserving your spot. Athletes who have been reserving their classes have been staying consistent throughout the holiday season. If you are like me and need a lot of accountability this time of year, start reserving ALL of your classes.

While it is not yet mandatory to reserve your spot for the afternoon and evening classes in order to attend, I will open up registration four weeks in advance for every class. Look at your schedule and choose your workout days. Register for all of the classes you will attend.Coaches have access to view registrants, that means if you are registered and don’t show up, expect to hear from us.

There is nothing I want more than to see each of you reach your goals. So this holiday season, make fitness a priority and set a schedule. If you have a busy week, your workout is usually the first thing to get cut. Plan out your days in advance so you can fit everything into your schedule. If you work out one time a week, you can expect one time a week results. If you work out five times a week, you can expect five times a week results. The choice is yours.
