Bill is a distance runner who started coming to Bellum several years ago with the goal of improving his overall core strength and increasing his endurance capacity.

Bellum was the perfect fit because our program is designed to improve: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

By continually varying the modes of strength and cardio from day to day, all of the above areas improve, with the added benefit of never getting bored! Wild Bill has seen major strength gains, all while meeting his original goal of benefitting his distance running.
